History
Manufacture d'horlogerie fondée en juin 1918 à Tramelan par Jean [Hans] Fink, technicien horloger, Hermann Burri, industriel, Gottfried Burri et Jean Uhlmann, industriel. D'abord nommée «La Trame SA» dont le nom est déjà utilisé par un autre industriel de Tramelan, la nouvelle société change de nom et devient «Unitas Watch Co SA». La société maintient des liens très étroits avec la société Burri Frères.
Unitas Watch Co est rachetée en 1926 par la société Auguste Reymond SA, à Tramelan (marque ARSA). Après la reprise d'Auguste Reymond SA par Ebauches SA en 1932, la marque Unitas sera maintenue pour des ébauches.
